If you call 3 times within the same month, in which the 1st was 25-minutes, the 2nd was 18-minutes and the 3rd 20-minutes.You will be billed for 3 Occurrences, under the Option 2 rate of $85.00. If you call 3 times within the same month, in which the 1st was 5-minutes, the 2nd was 10-minutes and the 3rd 8-minutes.If that number reaches 7 within the same month, then Option 2 rate will take effect for the 2nd time for that month.
